A typical meal at Gohonmatsu would consist of several of the following items. You can choose freely, or let Master provide you with his recommended menu. Sashimi is raw fish, eaten with soy sauce and freshly grated wasabi to taste. At Gohonmatsu it is usually served with Master's trademark spire of grated daikon radish, which can also be eaten!
